Bohao Data Guangzhou No.6 Data Center: Envicool Helps Customers Build High Energy Efficiency Green Data Centers
Artificial intelligence is rapidly iterating, and the demand for computing power continues to grow. Data centers are facing higher capacity and power requirements, and they need to have higher energy efficiency while maintaining high availability and reliability. Bohao Data has partnered with Envicool to adopt Envision's efficient cooling and natural cooling solutions in multiple locations, achieving significant results in data center energy consumption control.

Taking Bohao Data Guangzhou No.6 Data Center as an example, the data center is located in Nansha
District, Guangzhou City, with a building area of 49000 square meters. It is planned and constructed
according to the national A-level standard, with a total IT power of about 35MW. The IT power of
each single cabinet in the computer room is between 8-12KW, while maintaining a certain degree of
scalability, with a maximum capacity of 24KW, providing support for computing power business. Since
its launch in 2022, Bohao Data has actively explored and practiced low-carbon operation models for
data centers, focusing on optimizing the energy consumption structure of data centers, adopting
efficient and energy-saving equipment, and reducing unnecessary energy consumption from the source.
The data center adopts the Envicool XMint high-efficiency evaporative cooling composite multi split
air conditioning solution, which utilizes Innovent's unique XFreeCooling high-efficiency variable
frequency pneumatic heat pipe technology, liquid pump natural cooling technology, evaporative
condensation technology, multi split adaptive refrigeration technology and other advanced
refrigeration technologies. Combined with end of pipe air conditioning equipment, it can adaptively
adjust according to outdoor working conditions, accurately control system pressure and temperature,
and achieve high efficiency and energy saving during transitional seasons, effectively improving the
annual energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration system. It also adopts refrigerant leakage
detection, redundant configuration and other methods to greatly enhance the reliability of the
solution.

The person in charge of Bohao Data stated that adopting the efficient evaporative cooling composite
multi split air conditioning solution from Envicool XMint can utilize the outdoor wet bulb
temperature for a long time on the outdoor side, extending the duration of natural cooling
application. For different demand scenarios, indoor side can be combined with room level precision
air conditioning, inter row air conditioning, backboard air conditioning and other cold sources to
achieve energy saving and consumption reduction, and reduce the PUE value of the data center.
